As Woke companies in their haste are trying to tap into the trans market by hiring trans men to be the new face of their companies, they are alienating the women that they used to hire for those roles and putting off the men & women that used to buy their products. Many companies gone Woke hiring trans people and gone broke as they found out the trans customer numbers are such a small portion of the population that they aren't even worth marketing to. Titan Titanic Submarine CEO ADMITS Company Didn't Want to Hire Experienced 50yr-Old White Guys! The CEO explicitly says that EVERY OTHER company hires the most experienced, capable pilots and crews. THEY happen to be retired military divers, who happen to be mostly white men. HE wanted to break the mold, do something inspirational. So he hired the the most "inspirational" inexperienced diversity-hires he could find. The ability of the tourist sub’s hull (made of low priced aircraft carbon fiber that was past its shelf life) to withstand such depths was questioned in a 2018 lawsuit filed by OceanGate’s former director of marine operations and then engineer, David Lochridge, who said he was fired after he raised safety concerns about the vessel. Lochridge and experts had highlighted CEO Rush's refusal to have the submersible properly inspected and certified. Turns out there are 10 vehicles in the world that can dive to the Titanic's depth. 9 have a safety certification, 1 does not. The director said he had been told OceanGate was unwilling to pay for such an assessment. Lochridge also said that the submersible's viewpoint was only certified to work in depths of up to 1,300m (Titanic wreckage is at 3810m) The same happened when Alexander Carlysle, a designer at Harland and Wolf, raised concerns about the inadequate number of lifeboats on Titanic. His concerns were ignored and he resigned. There were numerous safety concerns, all were brushed off by CEO Rush as over-regulation on safety that halted innovation.
